Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the Season Pass and the One-Day Pass?

The Season Pass (₹500) gives you entry on all 5 days of Art Grandeur, 26–30 August 2026 — one entry per day, so you can return every day and experience everything at your own pace. The One-Day Pass (₹200) gives you one entry on any single day of your choice. Both passes include access to all art segments, gallery pavilions, live performances, interactive zones and the artisan market at Hall No. 2, Bharat Mandapam. Both prices are inclusive of 18% GST.

Do I need to pick my visit day in advance for the One-Day Pass?

No. Your One-Day Pass is valid on any one day between 26–30 August 2026 — simply show up on the day you choose. Once scanned at the gate, the pass is used. Season Pass holders can enter on every day of the event (one entry per day) with the same QR code.

How will I receive my ticket?

Immediately after payment, your e-ticket with a QR code is emailed to you and shown on screen. Present the QR at the Hall No. 2 entry gate with a valid photo ID — no printout needed.

Can I buy passes for my family or group?

Yes — book up to 10 passes of the same type in one order using the passes counter. Each pass carries its own QR code and admits one person. Need a mix of Season and One-Day passes? Simply place two quick orders.

Where exactly is the venue?

Hall No. 2, Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi — running parallel to Film Expo India 2026.

Is the pass refundable?
